Hii :) I'm 16 Years Old And I've The Flu

Hii :) I'm 16 years old and I've the flu for the past 3 days. Yesterday I noticed that I had had some vaginal bleeding, it was definitely not my period. The blood seemed darker and more sticky than usual. This morning I went to the toilet and it started again, but this time it was very thin and dark. Is it normal to have vaginal bleeding while you have the flu? Thanks :)
