Hii , My Mom Has Antral Gastritis Since A Long

Hii , My mom has Antral Gastritis since a long time , we consult many more doctors but there's no satisfied result and she has very much pain in her stomuch and she feels stomach fullness upto mouth through esophagus and she is loosing her weight day by day , can you pls suggest , what should I do ?
