Hi.i am having pimple lyk things on d end of my tongue n inside the throat.cannot see them but can feel them.n its hurtin me from d mornin.ws high on coffee last week.n had cold too.dont know the reason.took one novaclox just now.should i take somethin else too.lyk b complex or any other
