Hi,i Am Too Embaress To Go See A Doctor For

Hi,i am too embaress to go see a doctor for a check up. In the beginning i have felt ichiness near my vagina and after a few days it turn into like maybe 5-6 blister or pimple with yellowish middle,after it dried up now from my vagina to my buttcrack seem to be very itch and inside the fold its red,no sign of anything else.is it possible that i have herpes?
