Hi..i Am Ttc From Last 2.5 Years. Before 8 Mnths

Hi..i am ttc from last 2.5 years. Before 8 mnths i had an endometrial biopsy then got to know that i have tb infection in my uterus. After 2 months of AKT 4 i hv started Akt 3 and with that my dr had prescribed some fertility drug continuously for 2 months... i also had follicular scan everything was alright ..hcg shot was given at a viable size... bt i still didnt conceive... what could be the reason.
