Hii Doctor, I Am Taking Levosiz M From Last 2.5

Hii doctor, i am taking levosiz M from last 2.5 years because i get certain type pf elegy in my body.One day i thought not to take this medicine in the future but i could nt survive even 1 Day because i get sneezing and not able to breathe properly.if i dont take levosiz m something blocks and when i breathe i get weird sound and not able to breathe properly I know its not good for health but plz suggest me something to discontinue this medicine.Is homopethic is the right option to skip ??
