Hii Doctor, My Wife Had Completed Her 8m Months &

Hii doctor, my wife had completed her 8m months & at the start of 9th month she went to her native by train by sitting. train travels was of 6hrs. but unfortunately after 3 days when she reached,faced retroplacental haemotoma in which we lost our baby. so i just want to ask that it all happened beacause of train travel or due to somethingelse as she was not having any complication in her preganancy.
