Hi.i Got Married On 26NOV 2016.my Last LNMP Was 23

Hi.i got married on 26NOV 2016.my last LNMP was 23 nov 2016.my urine for pregnancy tests r negative.ultrasound showing endometrial thickness but the ultrasonologist couldn't was not sure she asked me to come tomorrow with full bladder.I am having vertigo and dizziness for last 2 days bp is 90/60.I m in a rural area and cant consult a physician or gynecologist urgently.what u advice me to do next.
