Hi,i Had My Periods On 2nd March And Had Unprotected

Hi,i had my periods on 2nd march and had unprotected sex on 6th day of my periods and he ejected completely inside me and i had i pill on 7th day and am not find from then..i have nausea stomach pains headache,constipation, gastrointestinal, body temperature, my breast size increased and my stomach is bloated and i had bleeding after 1 week with a darkish red color blood and i had my beta hcg test on 28th march and i got 1.1.one of my friend doctor said am pregnant as my hcg level is above 1.hcg level below 1 is considered to be negative. so i wana know am i really pregnant or i had any miscarriage
