Hii Have Been Diagnosed With PR , Myafter Going To

Hii have been diagnosed with PR , myafter going to a dermatology for 3 times.. I went to my family doctor( it has been about 6 weeks) The family doctor has prescribed 20mg prednisone for 14 days( no taper). Is this ok to take ? I don't want the rash to get worse.
