Hi..i Have Been Really Nautious Since Wednesday..Saturday Night I Was

Hi..i have been really nautious since Wednesday..Saturday night i was awake dry heaving most of the night..couldnt actually vomit..and believe me i tried..spent all day yesterday in bed..then today i have had very watery diarrhea all day..we'll say about 10-15 trips to the washroom..the nausea wont break at all..ive been trying to drink as much fluids as i possibly can..but nothing is easing it..all foods and smells turn my stomach..btw i am a 35 year old female
