Hi,i Have Noticed A Lump In My Right Breast From

Hi,i have noticed a lump in my right breast from 2 months and it becomes painful at the time of ovulation that is 13 to 14 days after my periods later no pain at all.and I noticed a slight swelling under my arm.1 year back I married and got miscarriage 3 months back. I noticed all symptoms after miscarriage.can u plz suggest me what the issue was.thanking u.
