Hi,i Have Recently Done My Ultrasound Of Pelvis And The

Hi,i have recently done my Ultrasound of pelvis and the report says 1) Endometrial thickness is 8.9 mm. 2) bilateral Polycystic ovarian changes. 3) there is minimal free fluid in the pelvis. so is this normal? because I am planning to have a baby now. so is there any risk in conceiving,or after conception is there any risk in the baby growth.. please give me ur valuable opinion..
