Hii I Had Done My Hsg On My 8th Day

Hii i had done my hsg on my 8th day of d cycle. With water soluble medium and in result it shows the fallopian tubes appear normal in course and calibre with no free peritoneal spillage on both the sides. What does that mean?
Along with that i am doing TVS follical monitoring test, every thing is fine in that test. On day 10th of my cycle i got HSG 10000 IU injection.
Plz advice hsg test result and the reason behind injection. Should i try for pregnancy this cycle after HSG test done.
