Hi..i M 20 Yrs Old Unmarried.i Have Pcos With 10-15cyst

Hi..i m 20 yrs old unmarried.i have pcos with 10-15cyst in my right ovary and my testosterone levels( free and total ) both are bit high.my dr has prescribed me ovabless tablet and diane 35..my concern is wil there b any problem further for me to conceive? And if i stop taking the tablets then would i b able to get my normal periods without tablets?? what is the use of both the prescribed tablets?Plz help
