Hii Sir . I Am Ashit Panda From Berhampur And

Hii sir . I am ashit panda from Berhampur and I am of 20+ . I have a skin problem since 18yeras. Those are the white spots which is just down of my right eye and about one is on my neck , which is little bigger than another one. So plz could you suggest me how I can be cured or to remove those white spots. It vl be great pleasure to me. Plz suggest. Thanks in advance.
