I have pain in my ear and this is due to development of wax inside my ear again and again and i remove that wax by putting finger. This is from 3 years now but was relaxed from last 1 year but pain started again now. I had visited an ent specialist he gave me otogesic and told whenever pain happens or wax is collected you can use this medicine. But now otogesic is not available in market so what medicine should i use any substitute for this
