Hii sir,
i want to know one thing.
i m working in rotating shift which is weekly change that is one week from 06.30am to 03.15pm, 2nd is 03.15am to 12o'clock midnight & 3rd is 12'o clock midnight to morg 7am.
i am working in 03 shift as per above on weekly change basis.
so i want to know these shift, is affect on our sexual health issue?
if yes then how i can overcome the same
