Hii Sir...iam Anandini My Problem Is Last Month 7th On

Hii sir...iam anandini my problem is last month 7th on my periods starts but my periods ends like spotting continuously by 5days.and again it's started bleeding on 16th day and it's ended on 18th day..Again it's started on april25th day.. Iam worried about my health can u kindly suggest what the reason for this problem..
