Hii There... I Have Some Hair Problems. Actually, My Hair

Hii there... I have some hair problems. actually, my hair are dry and frizzy. from more than one year ago, i have split ends. but now almost all hair have split ends. like basic split ends, the tree, and the knot type too. I trim my hair sometimes. I wash my hair with warm water in winter season and i use Tresemme shampoo. I am too much worried. kindly guide me.
