Hi..i Went To See My Doc (on The 14th Day

Hi..i went to see my doc (on the 14th day of my period) as i getting prolong period and it does not have a sign of stopping (I started spotting on day 8 till day 14) Fyi, i just got married for almost 3 months, since then my period seems not normal (like before im married). I was diagnosed with 2 clear ovarian cysts on my left ovary about 2cm in diameter and my right ovary about 3cm in diameter. My doc given me duphaston to stop the bleeding and folic acid because i said i am trying to conceive. Yesterday is the 3rd day im taking duphaston and there are spotting after i had intercourse. Is it normal? Or should i do further check up? Should i be worried about the cysts? What is my chance of pregnancy while having cysts on my ovaries? Im a bit worried and down. Appreciate your advices.
