Hi,iam Suffering From Back Pain From Two Weeks .i Did

Hi,iam suffering from back pain from two weeks .i did x-ray also but the doctor told me that the vain might have twisted n my back waist side and he gave me some medicine for 2 weeks.its 2 weeks already still its very painful.some of my friends suggest to join yoga class also but iam thinking to do MRI and go through medical process,so what you will suggest me to get ride off from this pain?
