Hiii,, I Have A Keloid Below My Neck From Last

I have a keloid below my neck from last 1 year.. and i already used Hexillac Silicon Gel and Contratubex for removing the same. But i am not satisfied with the results as when i used that creams the keloid gets softer but after some time it becomes hard as usual. So doctor suggest me to use Opexa Sillicone Gel.. How much effective it is.. What should i do
