Hiii Doctor Im 31yrs Old Diagnosed With Itp Since 13

Hiii doctor im 31yrs old diagnosed with itp since 13 months. My treatment details taken omnicort, mmf,dapsone,inj.dexona,inj.romiplastim,tab.danasol presently taking Inj.romiplastim alternate weeksand tab.danazol 200mg tid.my platelet count is 10000 in last week .my doctor advised to change inj.rituximab or splenectomy which one is better option pls advise
