Hii...i Had A Doubt After The Sex..and Am Not Sure

Hii...i had a doubt after the sex..and am not sure that the intercourse has taken place or not ...i had option 72 pill after 8 hrs of sex ...i got my periods earlyy..i.e. before 8 days..and the bleeding is not consistent and very light considered to my normal periods...and todays its 8th day of my period and i can still find little bleeding...i am worried. Is it implantation bleeding..am i pregent??
