Hiii Mydaughter 1yr Old .she Falldown Today@12:30amwhile She Was Sitting

Hiii mydaughter 1yr old .she falldown today@12:30amwhile she was sitting &turned for taking toys just slip her hand and felldown floor.she cried for sometime started again playing .then igive some food that she didn't eat before.@3:45am she started to sleep .@06:00am she was turning both sides &suddently vomited.now I'm confusing vomiting related food or fall.still having some nausea(4or5)&coming out like a sips of water.what I will do?pls answer me
