Hii...iam 24 Weeks Right Now...at 22weeks I Had Measured Amniotic

Hii...iam 24 weeks right now...at 22weeks i had measured amniotic fluid index of 21.5cm and at 2D scan they told me that baby has cardio echogenic spot ....but all TIFFA SCANS, test for down syndrome AND GD went good... Can u please tell me what does cardio echogenic and more afi results???
