Hiii,i Am Trying To Get Pregnant,i Have Pcos And Hypothyroidism.had

Hiii,i am trying to get pregnant,i have pcos and hypothyroidism.had a very very early miscarriage before 6months.last month I had laparoscopy.in one month I had no period after lap,so taken regestrone,on 3rd day of my cycle doctor checked the endometrium thickness is 9.5.So they gave me Primolut N for withdrawl period...is it the right processor at this situation?is there any chance to get pregnant at this cycle? otherwise plz advice.thank u.
