Hi..im Male Age 19 My Problem Is I Masterbating From

Hi..im male age 19 my problem is i masterbating from last 6 years some times i did over masterbation now i lost my face glow it became like old gye and my penis get crossed iam getting some pain in musiles and also problem in digestion and i becoming block and sometimes after masterbating getting much pain in my penis. Sir if i stop masterbating and take good dite did i get what i lost? And what medicines and what food itmes i should take mostly.if i stop it agin after marriage if i participate in sex again and sir sometimes if i unable to wait if i masterbate again did i get that symptoms please suggest me sir.....
