Hi..i'm Very Dark Skin Colour And Its Been A Bother

Hi..i'm very dark skin colour and its been a bother in my whole life. I have low self esteem.i dont go anywhere. I lock my self in the house after school or after work. I have thoughts of sending myself to the grave and forget. I'm totally confused..can i get help???
