Hii,my Skin Is Very Sensitive And My Skin Color Is

Hii,my skin is very sensitive and my skin color is uneven...means some part of face is fair and some part is dark.

My complexion is wheatish and my skin is very sensitive to heat and cold so i jave already taken skin treatment from many dermatologists but still i am not satisfied... i am hypothyroidism patient...so plz can you suggest me at this condition what should i do for getting even tone of face
