Hi,i've Been On Implanon For 8months But Had To Remove

Hi,i've been on implanon for 8months but had to remove it 3days ago due to continous spotting ,two days befire the removal i already had started taking microgynon to control the bleeding and continued with it after the implanon was removed,my question is:am i safe from pregnancy if i had intercourse the day the implanon was removed baring in mind i was on microgynon already?
