Hi,i've Been Smoking Crack For 6 Months And Drinking Alcohol

Hi,i've been smoking crack for 6 months and drinking alcohol as well,,,if i smoke crack ,sometimes 'm difficult in breathing,burping,i feel full of gas inside especially in my chest,,,just this week,i experienced full gas pain in my chest and so my friend massage my stomach until she pulled out the gas,,and now ,,i always search what am i going through
