Hi...just Starting Taking Eliquis A Week Ago. I'm Still Having

Hi...just starting taking eliquis a week ago. I'm still having chest pain under my right breast if I move too quick or try laying down. Its not severe which the Dr said it will eventually stop after the blood clots starts dissolving. My question is....how long....should I be more concern or go back to hospital. My apt with my Dr is not until Thursday.
