Hi...monday Went To Un Screw Dough Hook From Mixer And

Hi...monday went to Un screw dough hook from mixer and was twisting hard to get it to come off and heard and felt a cracking pop in my left wrist on pinky side a little pain at first and then really started to hurt with movement been 3 days now can move fingers but wrist sometimes stings and burns and tingling burning up arm...still pain with and without rest have been wearing a brace and taking motrin..wondering if should go see someone. ....thanks
