Hi,my 11 Months Old Baby Fell Off The Bed And

Hi,my 11 months old baby fell off the bed and the following day developed a fever,and i thnk hes not crawling really well-hs limbs and hands seems to be shaking a bit.he fell on a hard ceramic tile.will he be okay?he vomits a bit after feeding.pls help
