Hi...my 15 Week Baby Is Detected With Shighella In Stools.

Hi...my 15 week baby is detected with shighella in stools. In the culture test, shigella was found sensitive to ofloxacin. Hence doctor prescribed zanocin 50 mg oral solution, 2.5ml twice a day. Is zanocin 50 safe for 3 month old baby? Her weight is 4.73 kg.is the dosage correct for the weight? My concern is also that on the bottle of zanocin 50, nowhere it is mentioned for paediatric use. Kindly guide
