Hi,my 23 Year Old Daughter Has Been Having Bad Stomach

Hi,my 23 year old daughter has been having bad stomach pains, has thrown up twice ( first time threw up her lunch after 6 hours, looked like it was not digested at all), feels like if she was able to have a bowel movement would feel better, has a slight fever. Symptoms for about 18 hours now.
