Hi.my 6 Yrs Daughter Had Vomited 2 Times Last Night.

Hi.my 6 yrs daughter had vomited 2 times last night. After which she was feeling ok.in morning she had a cup of tea n bread. But she is not ready to eat anything after that.she is not feeling like eating anything. When i forced her to eat , she says i will vomit if i eat.I have not given any medicine let.pls help me with this.
