Hi..my Age Is 24..and I Have Been Having Fever Since

Hi..my age is 24..and I have been having fever since 15 days.my fever ranges from 99-100.8 .I tend to have a lot f weakness. If I speak more or even walk around the house I get easily tired and tht increases the temperature.I have headaches sometimes that are severe and sometimes ok ok.I feel heaviness on my head and chest. I had my blood test done dengue malaria typhoid test all are fine.some times i do have body pain.can u plz suggest me something.
