Hi,my Baby Is 2yrs Old.she Is Having Cold 2 Days

Hi,my baby is 2yrs old.she is having cold 2 days before.yesterday eveng she is having fever of temp 100.I gave paracitomol.but today morning she is having stomach cramp and loose motion.she is having oily like foam in her stool due to body heat it may be.why can I do plz suggest.
