Hi..my Baby Is 3 Months Old And He Is Having

Hi..my baby is 3 months old and he is having cough since 20 days more after feed.he was prescribed saline nasal drops n phenylephrine fr 1 week. .Still cough persists..now he has been advised lanzol 1/4 tablet before feed..should I go for it ? And how should I give tablet to 3 months old baby?
