Hi,my Daughter Age Is 24,for Past 3yrs She Is Having

Hi,my daughter age is 24,for past 3yrs she is having vomit diahorrea and severe pain during 1st day of her periods.she have regular periods because of vomit and diahorrea doctor asked us to take scan the report comes us with simple cyst of 4cm at right side ovary.pls suggest any treatment for both problems
