Hi..my Daughter Is Three And A Half Years Old, Weight

Hi..my daughter is three and a half years old, weight approx. 17-18 kg. She has fever, little cough & cold since yesterday. gave her crocin 9 ml , but fever was not down fully, then gave meftal P after 6 hrs 5 ml, again fever came after 4-5 hrs, again gave crocin 9 ml.

What to do now, she vomitted also in the morning, there was cough in vomit.
