Hi.....my Fiancé Was In A Pretty Bad Car Accident Back

Hi.....my fiancé was in a pretty bad car accident back in January. He has no insurance and is now being refused medical attention because he has not settled his claim. We cannot afford to pay the medical bills right now. However....today, he is experiencing what feels like a pinched nerve in the back of his left shoulder and is sending shooting pain up to his head. Also....his right foot has been tingling. I tried looking up what could be the problem...but came up empty. Is there anything that you could possibly tell me?
