Hi.my Husband Had Sgpt Count As 189 And Sgot Count

Hi.my husband had sgpt count as 189 And sgot count as 116 one month back.he was diagnosed and under medication.in past he has consumed beer too much and was a smoker too.now he was relaxed and everything was ok.again since yesterday he has complained about the stomach pain which he used to have a momth back.he was recovering and had stopped taking medicines too.what should i do.is it alarming
