Hi...my Knee Was Swollen It Got So Swollen Up In

Hi...my knee was swollen it got so swollen up in 20 minute at work..its still swollen and its bruised ..there is no paini work as a housekeeper at a hotel...i am working on my knees every day clesning alot floors...i dont ear knee pads..the floors are ceramic tiles and hardwood.. and haven't struck it..I have apply ice packs a few times but don't seem to work ..what to do ? Thank you
