Hi,my Name Is Nina And I Suffer From Specific Social

Hi,my name is Nina and i suffer from specific social anxiety.My biggest problems are fear of publici speaking,introducing to someone,interviews and writing in front of someone.I'm visiting psychiatrist and drink pills but it doesn't really help.I always get a Panic attack in those situations.Could you give me some advice,please?Thank you.
