Hi,my Wife Is PCOS Patient And Its Her First Time

Hi,my wife is PCOS patient and its her first time that she is pregnant after 1 year of our maried life.Her doctor has instructed to use Duphastone 10 mg twice a day.i am woried that it can harm her or its beneficial for her?she is in early pregnancy of fourth week.doctor also asked to use mayofolic tablets.please guide me doctor about both medicines.Thanks
