Hi..on My Left Arreola 3 Of My Montgomery Glands Are

Hi..on my left Arreola 3 of my montgomery glands are very itchy the skin around it feels really itchy, there's no discharge of my nipple nor different color, I've been having this same symptoms for several months now. In times it stops for a day or two but the itching comes back I'll try putting Vaseline or triple antibiotic which eases the itching but will not completely take the itching away..
